Since Asiatic Vietnam was established in 1997, the company embarked on the ‘Material Handling’ business in 2000. Then, riding on the wave of the emerging Vietnam economy, increasing manufacturing and trade, and with many multi-national companies streaming into the country; Asiatic in Vietnam saw the need for material handling equipment including modular storage systems and forklifts.
Over the years, our ‘Material Handling’ team has been successful in supplying to several major projects across Vietnam, making Asiatic Vietnam one of the major players in the industry. Selective Pallet Racking
Selective Pallet Racking is very cost-effective, providing high capacity storage and easy access to all pallets.
It is ideal for businesses that have many different products that go to a lot of different places, where orders are complex and involve a mix of different SKUs. Simple to install, selective pallet racking is infinitely adjustable and easy to customise. Selective pallet racking is serviced by conventional forklift trucks.

Double Deep Racking
Double Deep Racking stores products up to four pallets deep, allowing for rapid dispatch of large, single-SKU orders.
Ideal for businesses which don’t have too many different products, but are distributed in high volumes where the same SKUs are stored in groups of pallets prior to dispatch. The double entry aisle allows unparalleled access via dual pantograph or sliding fork attachments.

Narrow Aisle Racking
Narrow Aisle Racking as the name suggests, makes optimal use of floor area and roof height, resulting in greater storage density.
Direct access to every pallet is achieved. The system is serviced by special forklift trucks. Operating cabins may be elevating or static.

‘Auto Shuttle’ Pallet Racking
A self-powered, deep lane pallet storage and retrieval system that can help you achieve the highest possible storage density. The carrier shuttle moves pallets around a specially designed pallet structure, optimising pallet storage and reducing labour intensity. Operated by remote control, it can be shifted to fresh locations or scaled up with additional pallet shuttles in the racking system.

Retrieval System (ASRS).
Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). High density automatic satellite systems use a minimum of floor space and maximise vertical space in your facility, allowing you to maximise efficiency within your warehouse management system.
Most systems are fully automated and widely used where pallets require processing across multiple shifts. Benefits include improved performance and accuracy, reduced inventory, lower costs of doing business and improved OH & S. ASRS can be infinitely configured and adapted to a purpose-built facility or within an existing facility. Specialised building and installation present no problems.
