ASIATIC VIETNAM SUPPLIES TO KEPPEL LAND’S SAIGON CENTRE PHASE II

When SAIGON CENTRE (Phase-1) were built and completed in 1996, Asiatic Singapore supplied pumps and cooling towers for the HVAC system; and pumps for the general water supply and pressure booster system. Following the success of Phase 1 of Saigon Centre, Keppel Land commenced construction for Phase-2 development designed by internationally renowned architect, NBBJ based in New York.

Strategically located on Le Loi Boulevard and Pasteur Street, in HoChiMinh City, Saigon Centre Phase-2 stands tall at 43 storeys with seven levels of retail and dining spaces spread across 50,000sq-m, including a department store spanning 15,000 sm across five floors. Making an impact in the urban landscape of Ho Chi Minh City, this commercial space offers a wide range of chic, designer products, and features over 50 delectable restaurants and food stalls.

Trusting the pumps and cooling towers supplied in Phase-1, Asiatic Vietnam continues to supply to the new Saigon Centre Phase-2 via M&E contractor REE. A total contract of over SGD600,000.00 was awarded to Asiatic Vietnam. The supply includes…

• 18 sets of MONOFLO Fire-fighting Pumps for the fire-protection systems;
• REFLEX degassing unit for the HVAC systems;
• SHINWA Cooling Towers totaling 16 cells at 614RT.
