ASIATIC TO MAINTAIN PUMPS FOR RWS S.E.A AQUARIUM

RESORT WORLD SENTOSA’s S.E.A. AQUARIUM is one of the world’s largest aquariums, and home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 800 species. Here at the 49 different habitats, you’ll find magnificent creatures from sharks, dolphins and manta rays to rare, exotic beauties like the American blue lobster and poison arrow frogs. The aquarium holds more than 42.8 million litres of fresh and salt water – enough to fill more than 17 Olympic-size swimming pools!

Asiatic Engineering wins a 3-year contract valued at SGD750,000.00 from RESORT WORLD SENTOSA to maintain & service in total 405 pumpsets in the Life Support System of this iconic aquarium. These FYBRO fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) pumps are for circulation & filtration of the sea water. Asiatic’s technician shall be deployed on-site on a daily basis. Should there be any requirement for repairs or part replacing, it shall only be carried out after visiting hours.
