ASIATIC COMPLETES PROJECT @‘SKY PARK RESIDENCE’

SKYPARK RESIDENCES, joint-developed by JBE Holdings & Keong Hong Holdings, is the first EC development in Sembawang, with nine sky-scraping towers ringed by shimmering water bodies. 506 covetable units crowned by a sprawling SkyPark in their midst. It features a 1,250sqm "skypark" straddling three towers about 50m above ground.

This SGD250,000.00 project, whose consulting M&E Engineers is Rankine & Hill, was awarded to Asiatic to supply the pumps for the water systems - water transfer, pressure boosting and rain water drainage. Pumps supplied includes MONOFLO ‘LINEAR Series’ Vertical In-line Pumps (24 nos.); REFLEX ‘DE Series’ 500-Litres Pressure Vessels (17 no.); and HOMA ‘MX Series’, 14.4kW, Submersible Pumps.

Asiatic completed the supply and commissioned the pumps.
