Formally the Eminent Plaza & Lavender Food Square, the new ARC 380 is a 16-storey mixed office & retail development located at junction of Lavender Road and Jalan Besar.

Asiatic Engineering won a SGD100,000.00 contract in 2016 to supply to fire protection contractor, Powen Electrical Pte Ltd, fire-fighting pumps for the building’s fire-protection system. M&E consultant, United Project Consultancy (UPC), approves PATTERSON & MONOFLO pumps for the application.
