ASIATIC ‘FACILITATED’ GREAT FOOD FESTIVAL 2017

21st to 24th was the ‘GREAT FOOD FESTIVAL’ organised by and held at RESORT WORLD SENTOSA (RWS). This event saw over 100 signature dishes from Michelin-starred and award winning restaurants participating; and gathered over 40 culinary celebrities from around the world. There were also masterclasses and workshops by celebrity chefs.

In an event as such, makeshift kitchen/stalls with proper water supply and waste discharge were inevitable. Asiatic Engineering was awarded the contract by RWS to supply and build the water supply system and waste discharge network for the event venue. Asiatic laid our KEKELIT PPR pipes for the general water supply to each stall. And in each stall, a SANILFO ‘SANISPEED’ was installed for managing the waste from the sink. A total number of 21 ‘SANISPEED’ were installed. In addition, a backup pressure booster system was supplied and installed to ensure a good constant water pressure to each stall kitchen.
