KEKELIT FOR ‘GEMS’

GEM RESIDENCES was designed to be complementary to the larger estate and its historical roots, with an ambition to be a home of the future. Developed by a consortium, GEM Homes Pte Ltd, this 578-unit private condominium sits at the heart of one of Singapore’s first and oldest residential area, Toa Payoh. The urban fabric of Toa Payoh estate comprises older slab blocks with modern towers. Gem Residences, with its twin towers, adds another rich layer to the current urban fabric through a unique reinterpretation of a contemporary design with links to its past.

GEM Residences, expected to be completed by mid-2020, will be fitted with branded fittings and appliances. Along with other branded fittings used in this project, KEKELIT PPR Pipes & Fitting will be used for the hot & cold water supply. Asiatic Engineering, distributor of KEKELIT, will supply SGD0.5 million worth of Austrian-made pipes and fittings to King Wan Construction Pte Ltd, the sanitary & plumbing contractor for GEM Residence project.
