The SINGAPORE EXPO is the largest convention & exhibition venue in Singapore with over 100,000sqm of column-free, indoor space spread over 10 Halls. Since its opening, out of the 10 Halls, Asiatic Engineering supplied and installed the cooling towers (SHINWA) for the HVAC system for Hall 9 & 10.
In a major upgrading and retrofit program of the centre’s HVAC systems this year, the owner of Singapore EXPO and the M&E Consultant, Squire Mech Pte Ltd, have decided to replace all the existing cooling towers to SHINWA.
Asiatic Engineering was awarded an order for a value over S$760,000.00 by Gennal Pte Ltd, the HVAC contractor for the retrofitting project, to supply and install SHINWA Cooling Tower totaling 8,900RT, to be installed in all the Halls from 1 to 10, the Convention Centre as well as in the MRT Foyer.
