Asiatic replaced 8 nos. of cooling towers in a retro-fitting exercise in Ngee Ann City, a shopping mall cum office building in the heart of Orchard Road, Singapore. Ngee Ann City, a 'city-within-a-city', sits on a gross floor area of about 1.75 million square feet.

Shinwa was the preferred brand to replace the existing cooling towers. The model supplied was SNC-R1600ASSNL, with a total refrigeration tonnage of about 12,800RT.
