Another impressive marker in our project reference is our success with the AFPD project where we supplied 4 units of 2000RTonnes and 2 units of 400RTonnes Shinwa Cooling Towers. AFPD, in which Toshiba has a major share in, is a factory producing LCD panels for the international market. The towers used here are for the airconditioning system for the factory and the process cooling water systems in the production of LCD Display Panels. This project warrants special mention because of the size of the overall supply. The completed towers occupy an area almost half the size of a football field and it took our team of experienced installers of 12 men about 6 weeks to complete the erection.
