Schaefer, a storage and warehousingsolutions provider with more than 40 years' experience has recently appointed Asiatic Vietnam as the Sole Distributor for the Vietnam market. Asiatic now has access to storage and warehousing solutions for all type of facilities, from manufacturing plants to major distribution centers, with systems that are versatile and user friendly.

Apart from the standard modular storage racking system, Schaefer also manufactures all types of automated warehousing and distribution systems like; the AS/RS and conveyor integration, software for shop floor control, sorter and RF functionality.

Witnessed by a host of guests from Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore, the appointment was officially inked during the grand opening of Asiatic Vietnam's new facilities in December 2003. Schaefer's Export Manager, Mr. Barnabas Chang presented the official appointment letter to Mr. Yap Bau Tan, the Group Chairman of Asiatic Group of Companies.
