PPR Pipe Systems.
KE KELIT Kunststoffwerk GmbH., a company located in Linz, Austria, has been involved with the development, production and sales of plastic pipe systems, pipe insulation and pre-insulated pipes for more than 50 years.
Under their belt, over 100 patents and registered designs are clear evidence of the product development skills at the company. Quality pipe systems have been manufactured for decades, according to their techniques, using the latest plastic production machinery and technology.
It was in 2008, when Asiatic was appointed the distributor in Singapore; and have since supplied to many installations in condominiums & residentials, commercial building, hospitals, schools & institutions and in various industrial applications. One of the first projects undertaken was the supply of PPR pipes & fittings to the iconic Marina Bay Sands, an integrated resort fronting the Marina Bay in Singapore.

PPR PIPES & SYSTEMS
Pipe for radiator systems, hot and cold water systems and industrial applicat ions.
The KELOX pipe is a 5-layer halogen-free plast ic composite pipe which is impermeable to oxygen and water vapour. The inside and outside layers are made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX). Themetal layer is made of aluminium with an overlapping weld along the length of the pipe. The bonding agent both inside and outside the aluminium guarantee that individual layers from a strong composite. The unique feature of the PROtec fitting is its ability to hold and seal the joint in the inside of the pipe.
The fitting, which has both a slim and short design, contains a yellow PROtector ring, which protects the sealing elements from damage.
The transparent sleeve is both functional and aesthet ically pleasing. The sleeve was designed in this way so that no window is required to check whether the pipe has been joined correctly.

Pipe sytem for compressed air, chilled and air conditioning. The system is made of a polyolefine blend called CRYOLEN POB. The material is submitted to internal and external test ing, is hygienic has a smooth internal surface and low heat conduct ivity.
The material has a guaranteed long service life and is highly resistant to impact.
The fitting are joined to the pipes by polyfusion welding, up to size d160 pipes and fitt ings are joined by putt welding. Metal adaptor fittings are made of dezincificat ion resistent brass (MS63).
Joints can also be electro-fusion socket fittings by flange or by union.

KELEN pipe system for hot and cold water and drinking water, made of PPrandomcopolymer (PPRtype3). The pipes are tested and approved both internally and by external inst itutes. Approved for drinking water. Smooth internal surface. Low heat conductivity. Long service life and high resistance to impact down to a temperature of -5°C.
The fittings are also made of PP-R and are joined to the pipes by polyfusion socket welding.
Metal adaptor fittings are made of dezincificat ion resistant brass (MS63). Joints can also be made using the electro fusion welding socket,or by flange or by union.
