Asiatic Engineering has a team of experienced technicians to provide specialised maintenance service in various pumps & systems installations in Singapore - residential, commercial buildings & industrial.
With periodical maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly, unexpected failures are still unavoidable. The key here would be to ensure minimal downtime by providing quick and efficient service. Such situations are not limited to industrial installations but also for residential pumps. When a pump breaks down at home, the serenity of life gets disrupted.
Asiatic’s Maintenance & Service Division with a fleet of vehicles manned by experienced technicians and are equipped to tackle and resolve most pumps and systems issues.
Our team pride ourselves in providing contract maintenance and services to many installations across the island. One of which we are particularly proud of is to be awarded a several years contract by Resort World Sentosa (RWS) to maintain and to service more than 800 fibreglass centrifugal pumps installed in the circulation and filtration systems of one of the world’s largest aquarium - S.E.A. Aquarium.

Commercial Buildings
Asiatic provides maintenance contract services to some of the landmark commercial buildings in Singapore. Apart from planned maintenance, we also provide adhoc services to rectify or repair any failures to their pumps and systems. Building services here include pumps and related equipment installed in drinking water system, sewage & waste water system, centralized air conditioning system, fire protection system and water feature system.

Residential Buildings
Maintenance service contracts are also extended to residential facilities – condominiums and landed properties – to ensure pumps and related equipment & systems are routinely checked, serviced and maintained to avoid or minimise interruption to services including general supply of water, discharging of sewage & waste water, swimming pool filtration systems and general water features.
To further minimise disruptions to these services, our teams also provide emergency breakdown services, during and after office hour.

Industrial
In factories, apart from servicing and maintenance of typical facilities pumping system like drinking or waste water pumps and centralized air conditioning system pumps, we can undertake repair and service of process pumps requiring more specialized know how. Servicing and repair of gear pumps, slurry pumps, diaphragm pumps, eccentric screw pumps and industrial hose pumps require very specialized skills which have been garnered over the years.

Facilities
In facilities like aquatic recreation parks, wild life parks and aquariums, large scale pumping systems are in place to handle the variation of pump duties; some pumping sea water which require special materials, some handling animal waste which require solid handling capabilities. We are engaged to service and maintain some of these facilities in Singapore.
